I usually put some mustard in the vinegard, plus a bit of olive oil and an egg yolk for texture. Delicious with, hum, mâche et frisée XD You should try it sometime.
But ew. Insects in your plate. Bwah. I never wash my salad since I buy them "pre-washed" in plastic bags. But I think I'm gonna check from now on.
