I dunno, I don't see Naruto as petty enough to play jealousy games. Also the fact is that he has a crush on Sakura but in the end it's really shallow, but the thing with Sasuke is still so new he's not convinced Sasuke would be a little jealous but still believe that they're solid underneath; he might decide to break up or something. D: That's just not a risk Naruto wants to take.
