If you have a mouse that will reach, and put it on something at about hand height next to the bike, and position the cursor on the scrollbar, a single mouse-button click will scroll you down the pages as you bike. Not that I ever spent fifteen minutes arranging my bike and computer so I could read while riding or anything. *whistles*
