I assume he's related somewhat to Kazilik and can erupt into flame covered doom? And the horns remind me of a long wing--acid for when he wants to keep things quiet? (And can Duo make explosives out of it?)

Wing's wings. OMG looks so much like a two in one wing design for a dragon. Can't exactly see it for the feathers though, but the silhouette is certainly there. I assume, if there's an extra set of limbs there, that it's a Gundam quality?

Considering Heero's past and fanon and such, when you mentioned full wing scars my mind jumped to metal wing membrane replacements.
