You know, considering that they have the Asgard feeding them computer tech and have already reverse engineered the Goa'uld crystal tech to some degree for use in their spaceships, I think that the computer system isn't all that important here. Zero system, interesting but mostly useless without better programming and filters. Reactor? Man, they have Naquadah, power generation is the least of their worries. As for the unit as a whole, well that's a doctrinal issue, and doctrine is decided at a higher level than even General O'Neil.
