Regarding anime filler - 184 has Sasuke kicking Naruto's ass (literally) when everyone in town thinks he has a 'chakra virus'. 186 is pretty decent - Lee is shown attempting to walk with his broken legs (DDD:), and there's a really good fight between Naruto (who's wearing Lee's outfit) and a fake Gaara.
The timeline jumps around a bit though, since they're all flashbacks. One episode, Sasuke's left, but in the next one he's still in hospital being all mentally broken and cute (although this isn't actually on screen - Ino just mentions that he's not fit for missions or something).
Oh, and the omake for episode 185 is absolutely hilarious. Oh, Izumo and Kotetsu~
The episodes intriging to me are Sasuke's Paw Encyclopedia, and Kakashi Love Song, both should be airing in December, but other then that... eh.
