Strikes me that sheruto is in a pretty delicate situation here. On the one hand, Ino also clearly cares about the long hair, so if she was feeling ambitious she could probably negotiate her way into feeling up two sets of boobs without too much trouble. On the other hand, these are not the calmest of girls in the best of situations, and if sheruto isn't careful she could end up getting shaved completely bald....
