This is so creepy and borders on so many issues that are socially wrong (rape! incest!) and yet you make it so sad and relatable. Even better, you wrote in mpreg that is not only believable but logical and tragic. Sasuke's sheer unrepentance and guilt and Itachi's ability to morph into anything they need without needing to see are just. So amazing.

I really liked that Itachi is the one who birthed their son, but Sasuke is the one to mother him. There's a balance in there as twisted as their family themselves. That Sasuke and Itachi still has their dynamic through all the blood and broken rules and shit is even better. The forehead-flicking, oh, that hurts.
