Think of Itachi like a forest fire and then put Itachi's face to it. Or whatever simile you like for something that terrifies YOU. Like spiders, or whatever. Or tiny places. Or be corny and make Sasuke's reaction crazy extreme and then bring it back. It's always easier to make something way too much and then bring it back, rather than try to give it a little more, give it a little more, ya know?
