yeah. ;__; Actually things are going to go back to climatic soonish, I jst figured they needed at least a half-hour of downtime in between. But it's gonna be hard to pull off. I probably shouldn't have posted just the smaller bit in which nothing but depressing woe happens. I'm gonna try to wake up Sakura a little via dialogue, and hopefully that'll sparkle an emotional reaction in Sasuke because so far his POV is so restrained and dry, hnn. And THEN he's got to see Naruto, who's very much Not Alright, so maybe that'll help with the feeling... And then, well. DUNDUNDUN. but oh man the dundunduning is gonna be so hard to showcase well and not come off as a "OH, COME ON". Blargh. It'll hopefully read better as one chapter instead of smaller scenes.

Wahh. I should have written it faster. I saw how it all happened and impacted them so much better last year when I came up with it. T______T
