I can see why you're having trouble. Despite the problems you had with the fighting parts of the previous part, to see this all from Sasuke's POV seems... anti-climactic. The part just before this was awesome with the "WTH happened, OMGOMG!" and now it's like... huh, so Naruto snapped out of it when the healer died, huh?

Or maybe it's not so simple? Maybe Naruto was fighting inside?

One minor quibble so far: Sakura's tunic was spotted brown with half-dry blood

I'd change to "half-dried."
