Part of this awesome chapter struck me a ridiculously profound for the Naruto fandom as a whole. Sasuke's little mental blurb in the end about killing could be related to (even non-cyborg) Itachi, except he does feel like it.

I could kill them all, nothing would stop me.

And nothing does.
