ETA: Yeah, I don't think that's happening. XD The aborigines in Austrailia had far too many different languages. These languages were put into subgroups based on relation, but there's nothing about what they may have called their own land in a universal manner. It may not have happened anyway since they seemed to be in a state of tribal warfare.

The best I've seen for a name grouping is Australasia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australasia) or Oceania (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oceania). I also saw a meshing of Australia and the Philippines somewhere, but in my mad rush to search for a different name, I've forgotten where I found it XD;;;

But yeah, your best bet is probably there.
