Naruto knows what Sasuke could accidentally do better than Sasuke does. Sasuke never thought about it all that much, and he didn't get any version of The Talk since the Uchihas were destroyed before he was cleared for romantic entanglements. He just knows basic knowledge and what he got off the internet XD;
