But seriously, I know what you mean. I mean, he has chakra, and I used to think that well, maybe he couldn't control it. But I don't think it's that...I think "molding" chakra has diffrent connotations. While he can probably control and use his chakra, he can't use it in the ways required for ninjutsu and genjutsu, which requires more complicated manipulation of chakra.
I just kind of picture him trying to form a ball of chakra and not being able to, but still being able to use it. If that makes sense. Which it probably doesn't.
And now I'm wondering if this has been explained in more depth elsewhere.
