I find the concept of a father/daughter bonding over the removal of traps they're not even supposed to have set up in the first place highly entertaining. It's good that there's someone discreetly backing her up and encouraging her to train more.

Sometimes it still pained her, even though he had lost the use of his leg even before she was born.
btw, it was something I wanted to ask you about; I think it says somewhere in Teamwork (or in Teamwork 2? gah, don't remember) that her father had continued to work as a ninja for a few years until after she was born. It's not necessarily incoherent, there's desk duty after all, handing out missions etc, but I just wanted to know more about it?... *shrugs*

Kimi was very sweet; it was easy to relax with her. By the time they left the sushi bar, Sakura was feeling almost as much at ease than she was with Ino.
I - think it's a little strange. Maybe it's a bit too much? or it's because I feel there's some sort of tension with Ino that has no reason to exist here? *ponders how she reads the fic*

Sakura doing girly things is such a joy it's almost enough to make me want to undertake shopping. Oh, and the top? Smooth, people. Real smooth.

I love the bit about the hair. *bounces* *bounces again for emphasis*

I like how Sakura never manages to think Junta's name before identifying him through his less flattering physical traits. I wonder if she realizes that she's honestly quite lucky in that regard, what with her teammates?... because it's not with Shino's coats and Chouji's cheeks that Hinata and Ino can eye their teammates so satisfyingly. Then again, Hinata does have the Byakugan. *kills bunny* As for Tenten, well. It can't be easy for a girl when both your teammates have prettier hair than you do. Along with your jounin-sensei. (Also, said teammates are both somewhat emotionally trying. I mean, under normal circumstance, compared to the Neji-Lee duo, Naruto suddenly looks like your average way-too-energetic teen.) /rambling

I think that what I like best in your writings is the way that the character's perspective is both factual and very, very subjective; it's particularly noticeable in Sakura's thoughts about Lee. She's so nice it hurts.

I'll stop the novel here. ^^;
