One thing about the writing niggled at me though. When you say 'broken shoulder', it just doesn't sound right. I dunno... you don't break your *shoulder*, you break *bones* in your shoulder. Like, um. ... *wikipedias* Collarbone, scapula/shoulder blade, rotator cuff, 'shoulder joint'. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shoulder because I am not a doctor) Maybe I'm just being anal but it sounds really weird to me.
