I feel evil.
I think I've stained an innocent young mind FOREVAR today.
>so like i was wondering why do you write nasty
>stories!! its kind of funny though i laugh at them!!
... okay, she doesn't sound traumatized. XD But if she's over 12, I'll be very very surprised. haha. god.
I actually want her to write back, I think, just so I can explain the difference between nasty and private and why sexual doesn't equal bad but does equal keep it to yourself anyway.
I also want her parents/older brother/responsible person to read my mail and block a few sites from her. =__=; It's not so hard to get a net-nanny program, damn it.
... I wanna write a nasty story now...

...
I like that.
Even more, I like the way that she's just so matter-of-fact about it, like there's absolutely nothing odd or shocking about it.
*glares at Bible-thumpers* Of course, to the Japanese, there -isn't-, is there?
Now who could it be...? Besides an OC, of course, because that really wouldn't be as much fun. *starts counting on fingers* Straight, married, seven-year age difference, straight -and- lives in a different country, no data but probably at least a -four- year age difference, no data but she's a background character so not likely...
*considers last photo in stack*

Ooh. Happy place.
Hm? Oh, Sakura, Tenten, Shizune, Temari, Inuzuka-no-neesan, Ichiraku Ayame, Hinata.
Which is why I particularly like the image even if we've no clue yet how Ino turned out - see, between her father's height and what she was hiding under that jacket at age -12-, she's probably going to end up looking like Tsunade with a palette-swap.
I've always thought that the Oiroke was probably just another Henge application, really, but the other option is just so much fun to play with that I can't say I'm surprised that it's so much more common in fandom.
Erm. No innuendo intended.
Ooh. Good teaser snippet for the summary on FF.net, once it gets to that stage:
"Sakura."
"Eh? Nani, Sasuke-kun?"
"Will you father my child?"

Actually, as of a few years ago, there most certainly was; I read this book (http://mirlyn.lib.umich.edu/F/U2J27QJF7IRYLHCTG7T1TR1HQGGJT1TGS5NM5DN5VP23D78FTL-29562?func=full-set-set&set_number=009575&set_entry=000002&format=999) when I was in the middle of researching for something else.
(If the search result doesn't reproduce correctly, the book's title is Queer Japan and it's compiled/translated by Barbara Summerhawk, Chiron McMahill, and Darren McDonald.)
Their reaction is generally based in "...weird" and "but then how can you have children to carry on the family name?", though. (It's considered more acceptable to cheat on a husband than it is to openly move in with a woman; however, in the case of adultery, there is then always the issue of "but what does that do to my children?")
Now what IS cultural is attitude to cousin-marriage -- parts of the US have a deep unthinking revulsion to the idea of even SECOND cousins marrying; parts of the Middle East expect a man to marry his father's brother's daughter if he's got one of an appropriate age, and look down on him if he chooses not to without good and sufficient reason; in many parts of Europe, second and first cousins were encouraged to marry to keep property within the family unless the family was starting to look pretty inbred already. (And sometimes even then.)
