I don't add back automatically. If you want to read my lj but you never or rarely comment, I don't mind. I lurk, too. I just won't add you back, because, well, I don't know you. I almost never friendslock anything, so it's not as if you will be missing much. If you reply to my posts, and I find you interesting, I might add you back. (Or not, considering I already have too many people on my f-list to handle comfortably at the time.) I will not add you if all you post is quizzes, and seeing as I'm an incredible grammar slut, nor will I add you if you only use netspeak.

I used to have a friendslocked filter for the NC-rated pictures and stories, but I'm in the process of changing the posts to use the LJ system of adult warning instead, since it's been up long enough I feel LJ isn't going to turn around and ban everyone who uses it tomorrow. So you don't have to ask me to friend you to get to my porn anymore. Yay? XD;



TWO THINGS THAT ARE NOT OKAY IN MY LJ:
-Attacking people for what they said without even first checking whether it isn't a misunderstanding/a joke/a friggin METAPHORE. Assume good faith. (that way if it really was a display of offensive twattitude you're only handing them more rope to hang themselves with, and if it's a misunderstanding you don't look like a drama-loving ass.) Hell, don't attack each other at all, because if it ends in a flame war I can guarantee I'm not morally opposed to banning you both. I don't ask all of you to agree -- I like all the different viewpoints -- but if you can't be civil to each other I don't want you in here.
-Character or pairing bashing. Have polite debates about the likelihood of any pairing/anyone's motives as much as you want, dislike anything/anyone you want, but if you in all seriousness insult a character or a pairing and/or the people who happen to like it, I'll ban your ass. The end.


I am french. Internet totally taught me English. XD Sometimes I post in french, but really not that often. (Je suis française mais je ne poste pas en français très souvent. Désolée pour les francais qui veulent lire mon journal, mais je connais plus d'anglophones alors c'est plus pratique comme ça :P)

I love anime, especially shonen (about fighting a lot more more than about sports), and my favorite characters are almost always the small, dangerous, non-communicative, perpetually angry, messy-haired guys who don't play well with others. My first love was Vegeta. Since then I have fallen, amongst others, for Hiei, Heero Yuy and Sasuke Uchiha. You can see the pattern. (and some of them seem to share a fondness for spandex as well. I'm not protesting. *^__^*)

-The stories I post in my LJ are usually unpolished, unbetaread, and in general just-got-done-typing -- and unless they're shortish one-shots, I tend to post little bits here and there as I write. If you only want the polished version, you should use fanfiction.net or my personal site.

-I like threesomes. And foursomes. And moresomes. And polyamory in general. Not as a kinky sex things (well, not ONLY) but as a pattern of *relationship*, which means I'm more interested in how to get three people to get over their jealousy and the pitfalls of living together than in tantric circus acts. I like yaoi (male/male) the most, but I also like het and yuri.

Fandoms: My main fandom at the moment is Naruto, most notably the Team Seven subsection. I was recently hit in the head with Detective Conan/Magic Kaito, it's like a whirlwind romance and I have no clue when that'll slow down and whether it'll die off. At the moment I also write for FF7 and Gundam Wing, though not as often, and I don't participate much in those -- I mostly just do my own thing. (I thought I'd left GW behind but the bitch is clingy. Oh Heero, what I wouldn't do for you.)
In the last years I've been known to dabble in Fullmetal Alchemist and Bleach, but unless an idea hits me in the head out of the blue I'm pretty sure it won't happen again. My reading-but-not-participating fandoms include Avatar The Last Airbender, Rurouni Kenshin, Yuyu Hakusho, Harry Potter, Bastard!!, D.Gray-man, Katekyo Hitman Reborn, The Sentinel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Serenity/Firefly, Stargate Atlantis, Stargate-SG1 crossovers...

Tropes/kinks I tend to avoid: Time travel, "what if X had been raised/trained by Y and had become totally different and much more awesome as a result" AUs, schoolfic, mistaken identities and huge misunderstanding and whatever hits my public shame squick. Cheating spouses/lovers. Pronounced SEME/uke imbalance. Oh, and character-bashing is fail however you slice it.

I have very weird waking hours. Wait a week and I'll go from nocturnal to diurnal again, maybe even twice.

I have two younger brothers, one who's only a year younger (buddy!) and one who's mah babyyyyy (he's also a soldier, most recently on duty in Afghanistan. Came back safe thankfully.) About twenty or so cousins; I'm the second oldest and being badgered as to why I don't have any children of my own yet. omaigawd Blandine already has three, you know? Uhhuh. 9__9
